Community Pharmacy Resident Incentive Grant Information
Welcome to the Incentive Grant program information page for Community Pharmacy Residents. In partnership with the Community Pharmacy Foundation, the APhA Foundation has been able to offer multiple Incentive Grants from year to year.
The APhA Foundation will accept project proposals with any pharmacy practice innovation, but will offer special consideration to those projects that address one of the following focus areas:
- Cardiovascular Health
- Diabetes Care
- Pharmacogenomics
- Transitions of Care
- Medication Adherence (e.g. Appointment Based Model)
- Specialty Medications
- Behavioral Health
- Injectable Medication Administration
