Butler University College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences

Noah Phillippe is a driven PharmD Candidate (Class of 2027) at Butler University’s College of Pharmacy & Health Sciences in Indianapolis, Indiana, with a strong interest in healthcare policy, pharmacy law, and patient advocacy. His pharmacy journey began in 2019 at Walgreens Pharmacy, where he started as a Technician-in-Training and developed a strong foundation in community pharmacy operations. Through this experience, Noah gained firsthand insight into the financial, regulatory, and access-related barriers patients face within the healthcare system, sparking his commitment to affordable, high-quality care.
Following his acceptance into Butler’s PharmD program, Noah’s interests expanded beyond clinical practice to include pharmacy law and health policy—particularly how legislative and regulatory frameworks influence medication access, reimbursement, and health equity. Throughout his training, he has gained experience across community, institutional, and ambulatory care settings, allowing him to cultivate a well-rounded clinical perspective while remaining firmly patient-centered.
In addition to his experiential training, Noah is actively engaged in professional leadership and advocacy efforts focused on advancing the role of pharmacists within the healthcare system. His primary interests include pharmacist provider status, transitions of care, and policy solutions that reduce preventable gaps in access for underserved populations.
Following graduation, Noah plans to practice in community pharmacy to serve patients across diverse backgrounds. Long term, he aspires to pursue a Juris Doctor degree to advocate for patient and provider rights and represent the profession at both state and federal levels. Above all, Noah envisions a healthcare system where equitable, accessible care is a reality for every patient.
