Natalie Ferrufino is a student pharmacist at Midwestern University Chicago College of Pharmacy with a strong passion for leadership, service, and health equity. She currently serves in multiple leadership roles, including President of her ICHP student chapter and President of Phi Lambda Sigma, where she focuses on creating meaningful, student-centered programming. Natalie is also the Project Manager for a MTM and health education clinic serving underserved and Spanish-speaking populations, where she provides patient education, medication counseling, and care coordination. Her experiences across ambulatory care, oncology, and health-system pharmacy have reinforced her desire to pursue a PGY1 residency. Natalie is especially interested in roles that combine clinical care, leadership development, and advocacy. She values mentorship and collaboration and strives to uplift others through inclusive leadership. Natalie is passionate about using her voice and platform to strengthen the future of the pharmacy profession. She is grateful for opportunities that allow her to grow while giving back to her community.
