Eric Naglak

Thomas E. Menighan Leadership Scholarship

Midwestern University College of Pharmacy–Downers Grove

Eric Naglak is a Doctor of Pharmacy candidate at Midwestern University College of Pharmacy–Downers Grove and a recipient of the 2026 APhA Foundation Thomas E. Menighan Scholarship. He serves in several leadership roles, including Executive Student Council President for the College of Pharmacy and Vice President of APhA-ASP Patient Care Projects. Through these roles and his volunteer involvement with Medication Therapy Management and the Collaborative Health Advocate Team (MTM/CHAT), Eric supports patient education, medication optimization, and chronic disease management. He also works as a Pharmacy Intern with Walgreens, gaining hands-on experience in community-based patient care. His professional interests include community pharmacy, ambulatory care, and expanding access to preventive health services. As a first-generation college student, Eric is committed to leadership, service, and mentorship within the profession. He is an active member of Phi Lambda Sigma and Phi Delta Chi and remains engaged in professional pharmacy organizations. Eric is honored to receive the Thomas E. Menighan Scholarship in recognition of his dedication to pharmacy and patient-centered care.
