Meredith Frey
University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy
Meredith Frey is a third-year student pharmacist at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy. Prior to attending pharmacy school, she completed her undergraduate coursework at the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Meredith has served as a co-chair of Personal Health Partners the past two years in her APhA-ASP Chapter to organize interprofessional health education sessions at local housing shelters. She also helped to develop a suicide prevention training program at her school for pharmacy, medical, and nursing students and faculty.
During her time as a student pharmacist, Meredith has been actively involved as a member of Phi Lambda Sigma, Phi Delta Chi, and a student ambassador for her pharmacy school. Meredith is currently an intern at the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin, where she works on quality improvement projects and assists with a local medication review initiative for older adults in the community.
After graduation, Meredith plans to complete an ambulatory care residency and graduate school to pursue a career in academia at a School of Pharmacy.
