AMANDA LIM

BOUVÈ COLLEGE OF HEALTH SCIENCES AT NORTHEASTERN UNIVERSITY SCHOOL OF PHARMACY

 

Amanda Lim is a third-year student pharmacist at the Bouvé College of Health Sciences at Northeastern University in Boston, Massachusetts. Amanda has been involved in the American Pharmacists Association – Academy of Student Pharmacists (APhA-ASP) throughout pharmacy school. She has served as the Communications Vice President for two years, President-elect, and is now the Chapter President. Amanda is also actively involved in the Lambda Kappa Sigma International Professional Pharmacy Fraternity, and the Phi Lambda Sigma Leadership Society. 

 

Outside of pharmacy school, Amanda also serves as a Peer Health Exchange educator to teach high school students the knowledge and skills they need to make healthy decisions. Amanda was born and raised in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and she founded the Malaysian Student Association as a freshman in college to share her culture with others through events and social meetings. 

 

After graduation, Amanda hopes to pursue a career in the pharmaceutical industry and to continue to participate in community outreach events. Amanda would like to thank her parents, mentors, and friends for supporting her throughout pharmacy school.
