Honoraria for professional participation or speaking engagements are an easy, hassle-free way to make a contribution to the APhA Foundation.
Make a checkbox contribution on your APhA membership dues invoice. Mark the checkbox listed as Foundation Contributions.
The APhA Foundation is able to accept gifts of stock as an alternative to cash donations. Gifts of appreciated stock and mutual funds are not subject to capital gains tax and are fully tax deductible. This creates a tax saving gift for the donor and benefits the Foundation’s programs.
Some organizations make a fund-matching program available to their employees. Please ask your company’s personnel office if they would like to participate. It is an easy way for you to increase your gift to the Foundation.
The Foundation gratefully accepts non-monetary gifts in the form of in-kind contributions and silent auction items.
Solicit and/or donate an auction item for the Foundation's Wine Tasting and Silent Auction, an annual fundraising event held in conjunction with APhA Annual Meeting. Proceeds from the event support the Foundation’s annual fund, the engine that drives the success of our professional and patient-centered programs.
