Board of Directors Nominations

Interested in supporting our mission by serving as a member on our Board of Directors? The APhA Foundation Committee on Nominations is seeking individuals to serve as members of the Board of Directors for the 2015-2018 term. The term of office for members of the APhA Foundation Board of Directors runs from the Foundation Contributors' Breakfast at the APhA Annual Meeting to the close of the Foundation Contributors' Breakfast at the APhA Annual Meeting at the end of the director's term. 

Materials
Interested candidates should review the Nominations Booklet, which outlines the eligibility criteria/qualifications, desired characteristics for nominees, responsibilities and duties, time commitments for the position, submission requirements, and deadline dates.  

Board of Directors members will also be required to sign the APhA Foundation Conflict of Interest statement upon election to the Board.

Deadline Date
The APhA Foundation Committee on Nominations must receive your nomination form, which asks you to upload a current résumé or curriculum vitae and current photo (headshot), NO LATER THAN Friday, August 15, 2014.
