Kelsey Stephens

The University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy

Kelsey Stephens is a Mississippi native and second-year student pharmacist at The University of Mississippi School of Pharmacy. Stephens has been extremely involved within the school of pharmacy including school of pharmacy ambassador, AMCP Vice-President, Board of Visitors Committee, Prescription for Service, SSHP, MPhA, and Rho Chi Honor Society but has found her passion in pharmacy through APhA-ASP. Through her position as APhA-ASP President-Elect, Stephens has learned how to effectively lead individuals, manage time, creatively develop/expand projects, and most efficiently handle conflict which she believes will help her pursue a dream in pharmacy management. Stephens is thankful for APhA’s focus on advocacy, responsibility, organization, people skills, and communication skills and is taking her experiences from APhA-ASP to effect change locally and nationally while helping to improve patient care.
