Bernice Man

Bernice Man is a final-year student at Chicago State University College of Pharmacy (CSU-COP). Prior to attending pharmacy school, she graduated with a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Chicago and had previous experience in acting, graphic design, and independent film. Bernice has served as a leader and active member in multiple CSU-COP student organizations, including SSHP President, Script Your Future Student Leader, APhA-ASP, Student College of Clinical Pharmacy, Student Asian Pharmacists Association, Phi Lambda Sigma, and Rho Chi. She is the current National Member-At-Large for Phi Lambda Sigma, is a Student Pharmacist Magazine Editorial Advisory Board member, and is an active committee member in the Illinois Council of Health-System Pharmacists. Bernice also served as a 2013-2014 Chicago Area Schweitzer Fellow, where she completed a yearlong service project that aimed to increase the health literacy and medication adherence of Chinese immigrant older adults. She is pursuing a residency in Health-System Pharmacy Administration and has additional interests in academia and public health. Outside of pharmacy, Bernice enjoys playing tennis and attending concerts, musicals, independent film festivals, and baseball games.
