Madeline King is a final-year student pharmacist at Texas A&M Health Science Center Irma Lerma Rangel College of Pharmacy and is honored to be awarded the George F. Archambault scholarship. Madeline plans to pursue a PGY1 residency after graduation this year and hopes to complete a PGY2 in infectious diseases after that. She is also very interested in public health and has traveled to Bolivia on 2 medical mission trips, and worked for the US Public Health Service with the Indian Health Service and Michael  E. Debakey Veterans Affairs Medical Center. After completing residency, Madeline would like to find a position where she can promote public health while practicing as an infectious diseases clinical pharmacist. She also hopes to continue going on medical mission trips throughout her career.
